Dinner, already decided.

Mise en Plan plans your household's dinners for the week and gives you the shopping list to make them.

See it in 30 seconds.

Mise en Plan is a meal planner for households. Tell it who is at your table, what you like, and which nights are busy. It plans your dinners, matches them to recipes it can actually make, and puts every ingredient on one shopping list. What you buy goes into your pantry, and the planner uses it next time. You do the cooking. It does the deciding and the list.

Key features

  1. Plan your way.

Plan a full week or just the next few days, and change the rhythm any time. Before each plan it asks two questions: what needs using up, and what about the week it should know.

  2. Built around your household.

It plans for who is eating, the cuisines you like, your dietary needs, and the nights that are busy. Make Taco Tuesday or Fish Friday a standing theme night if you want one.

  3. Change it by asking.

Type "more fish this week" or "swap Tuesday, it's too heavy" and the plan adjusts. Tap "Love it" on a dinner to see it again sooner, or "Need a break" to rest it for 30 days.

  4. Approve, and the list builds itself.

Approve a dinner and its ingredients go on your shopping list, sorted in store-walking order. Tap "Got it" as you shop and the item goes into your pantry.

  5. Cook Now.

Say how many are eating and how much time you have. It shows what you can make right now from your pantry, and when nothing fits, it creates a dinner that does.

Founder's note
Cooking was never the barrier — deciding what to make and shopping to make it is. I built Mise en Plan to clear that, so what's left is the cooking. — Doug
